After leaving a highly successful career within banking, including business banking at RBS, Keian worked for the UK’s leading Energy Consultancy as a senior procurement consultant, responsible for managing large clients and mitigating their financial risk when purchasing their energy and gas. Keian joined Greener Solution Group shortly after its inception as Company Director and shareholder, responsible for Sales and Marketing. His experience gained in dealing with both the public and private sector is a valuable asset for any state schools migrating to academy status. Outside of the office, Keian is a keen skier, reader and general sports enthusiast.

Rebecca Ross

Customer Service Manager

Rebecca has completed NVQ level 3 in customer service and has recently become a full time employee following the end of her apprenticeship. She is working towards NVQ level 4 currently and looks after client accounts and collating the large amount of data required to efficiently administrate energy supplies and energy compliance. Rebecca spends her spare time visiting friends and attending various music events around the UK. She also enjoys reading fashion and lifestyle blogs. Rebecca has been with Greener Solutions Group since 2016.

Justine Garratt

Business Solutions Manager

Justine looks after our energy intensive clients and imparts her expert knowledge whilst working alongside them. For most energy intensive businesses, the costs of electricity and gas can be a significant factor on the success of a business and not having the correct contracts and rates in place can have adverse effects on a company’s cash flow. I have no hesitation in saying Justine is one of the most diligent and conscientious people I have had the pleasure to work with. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine care for her clients, Justine is the go-to person for any business owner who is looking to make savings on their energy and gas contracts. When not working Justine has a passion for music and films.
